1. Coverage Period: Our warranty covers defects resulting from faulty parts, materials, or manufacturing for a period of 11 months from the date of purchase.
2. Definition of Defective: A device is considered defective if it fails to perform its functions as described in the operation manuals, technical specifications, or related documents supplied with the equipment, provided the failure is due to internal device characteristics.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumables or parts with limited regular functionality due to natural wear and tear. It also excludes third-party software installed on the device and any loss or restoration of software or data.
4. Repair Process: Defects and damages identified during the warranty period will be repaired by the Guarantor Service Centre at 14-UA, Jawahar Nagar, Delhi, India, within 21 working days from the date of delivery to the Service Centre. Delays may occur if replacement parts are imported or if the device must be sent to the manufacturer’s service centre.
5. Warranty Conditions: To claim warranty services, you must:
- Promptly report defects and cease using the device.
- Deliver the marked device with a copy of the commercial invoice to our Service Center.
- Ensure the serial number matches that of the device you purchased.
- Notify the Service Center of any additional accessories.
- Include a clear description of the technical problem.
- Keep the device’s seals intact, appropriately package it, and arrange and pay for shipment to our Service Center.
6. Costs: If a defect falls outside the warranty scope or if the device is not found to be defective, the Guarantor reserves the right to charge for service, transportation, insurance, and customs clearance.
7. Non-Covered Scenarios: The warranty does not cover damages from incorrect installation, natural disasters, tampering, damaged seals, user’s responsibility, improper materials, user-related issues, or software conflicts.
7.1 Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, incorrent input voltage, usage or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device;
7.2 Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials or other external factors;
7.3 The device that has been tempered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in any way, including reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments;
7.4 The device with serial numbers and/or the Guarantor seals damaged or illegible;
The activities specified in the operation manual, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer in his own capacity and at his own expense;
7.5 Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials;
7.6 Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge;
7.7 Defective functioning of the device caused by a conflict or incompatibility between software applications installed on the damaged device or on the equipment, which the device permanently cooperates with in accordance with the intended purpose of the device.
8. Replacement: The Guarantor may replace a defective device or component with an equivalent one, free of defects and equal or superior in efficiency and functionality. The replaced device or components become the property of the Guarantor.
9. Extended Warranty: The warranty period is extended by the duration the repaired device stays at the Guarantor’s Service Centre, provided there is a written consent by the Guarantor.
10. Limitation of Liability: The Guarantor is not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from device use, including indirect losses such as loss of profits or business interruption.
11. Force Majeure: The Guarantor is not liable for failures caused by force majeure events beyond our control, preventing or affecting the performance of warranty obligations.
12. Legal Compliance: The Guarantor may refuse to provide warranty services if it would breach applicable laws.
13. Lost Profits: This warranty doesn’t grant the right to claim lost profits related to device defects.
14. Amendments: The General Warranty Terms & Conditions may be altered through a separate agreement between the Buyer and Guarantor, superseding the Privacy and Terms and Conditions.
